Youth Transition Center
The ETCADA Youth Transition Center is designed to empower young individuals by connecting them with a wide range of essential services, ultimately paving the way for a prosperous future. Our dedicated case managers work closely with participants, crafting personalized Transition Plans that assist them in defining and achieving their goals. These objectives may encompass vital areas such as job readiness, education, health and more. By forging partnerships with various agencies, ETCADA effectively delivers the necessary resources to support and uplift the at-risk population, significantly enhancing the lives of our valued participants.
Referrals are accepted from both partnering and local agencies that identify individuals meeting our specific criteria. Through the combined efforts of our committed team and collaborative approach, the Transition Program actively fosters positive change within the community. The cornerstone of our approach lies in comprehensive case management and the power of cooperation. As a result, ETCADA has already made a profound impact on countless lives and will continue to do so in the future, serving as a catalyst for continuous improvement.

Transition Program Services
The Transition Program is dedicated to providing support and assistance to young people between the ages of 15 and 25 who who are at risk, experienced foster care, or have been victims of various crimes. These crimes may include bullying or dating violence, even if they have not been officially reported. ETCADA has a proven track record of positively impacting countless individuals through our comprehensive services and dedicated case management. We have successfully improved housing situations, covered essential medical expenses like dental and vision care, and partnered with skilled counselors to offer both group and individual therapy sessions. Additionally, we provide valuable job readiness training and assist participants in obtaining important documents such as identification cards and driver's licenses. Furthermore, ETCADA offers informative group classes that address crucial topics like financial literacy, mental health, and community resource awareness.
