Under the direction of the CEO, the Transition Program Director directly supervises the day-to-day activities of the Transition program. Provides oversight of case management, needs assessment, and referral services to youth ages 15 to 25 VOCA/Foster Youth and other programs to develop the necessary skills for participants to stabilize their life and meet their basic needs. This role is responsible for contract adherence, funding sources outputs and outcomes delivery, and ensure ETCADA remains in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and Regulations and Licensing Board regulations. Lead an effective and cohesive work team that produces high performance outputs and services in a professional environment.
