Service Area
ETCADA serves a 23-county area comprised of Anderson, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood counties.

Who We Are
The East Texas Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides education, youth prevention programs, information resources, and services to prevent alcohol and drug use/misuse. We serve over 1.7 million people in our 23-county service area in East Texas.
Most services are at no charge to the community. Funding for programs is provided by:

- Texas Health an Human Services
- Community Foundations
- Businesses and Individual Contributions
